Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
