Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Zango, Katsina State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
