Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Kent County, Delaware. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
