Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Monroe County, Florida. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
