We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Yusufari, Yobe State. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
