Line cook • Eket, Akwa Ibom State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Eket, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
