Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
