Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Katihar, State of Bihar. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. We are looking for basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
