Commis chef — Nembe

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Nembe, Bayelsa State. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
