Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
