Sausage maker — Ezeagu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ezeagu, Enugu State. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
