Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Carver County, Minnesota. You will work in a factory paint shop. The role involves: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site 6+ years on the tools preferred.
