Dough maker — Hardin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Hardin County, Illinois. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
