On a typical shift you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; refuel the machine and record running hours; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
