Earthmoving equipment operator • Black Hawk County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. The role involves: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
