Now hiring: kitchen cook (Cross River State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Akpabuyo, Cross River State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
