Fry cook — Irepo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Irepo, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
