Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ethiope West, Delta State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes We offer ₦205,000 per month plus benefits.
