We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Rotating shifts.
