Powder spray gun operator wanted in Yamaltu/Deba

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe State. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. ₦700 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
