Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Linn County, Oregon. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts.
