Maintenance painter • Gulf County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Gulf County, Florida. You will work at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
