Lathe operator — Bomadi

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Bomadi, Delta State. You will work in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Part-time with flexible hours.
