Immediate opening: line cook (Zamfara State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Anka, Zamfara State. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience.
