Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Ethiope West, Delta State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
