Restaurant steward — Posey County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Posey County, Indiana. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
