Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Cuming County, Nebraska. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
