Head butcher — Grady County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Grady County, Georgia. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Overtime paid at a premium rate.
