D6/D8 dozer operator wanted in Taylor County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Taylor County, Florida. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Day to day you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
