Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Takai, Kano State. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
