Turning centre operator — Thomas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Thomas County, Georgia. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
