Bread baker — Barry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Barry County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
