Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ifo, Ogun State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
