Finish carpenter • Grayson County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Grayson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
