Head baker wanted in Irele

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Irele, Ondo State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
