What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
