Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Izard County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Full-time, day shift.
