We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Ussa, Taraba State. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
