Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Concho County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Concho County, Texas. You will be based at a residential building site. On a typical shift you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
