Deboner — Hardeman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Hardeman County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
