Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
