Oven operator — Teller County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Teller County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
