Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Wase, Plateau State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
