Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads.
