Urgent requirement: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Bowie County, Texas. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. Day to day you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Full-time, day shift.
