Immediate opening: wood machinist (Massachusetts)

Now hiring: we are hiring a wood machinist in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Requirements: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
