Great opportunity: retail butcher (Kogi State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Olamaboro, Kogi State. You will work at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
