Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Odeda, Ogun State. Your main tasks: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
