CNC mill setter-operator • Orange County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Orange County, Florida. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
