Pastry baker • Ningi, Bauchi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ningi, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
